Cancellation Policy

At Tokler, we understand that mistakes can happen or circumstances may change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel your order, how refunds work, and what conditions apply.
1. Order Cancellation Window
Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
Cancellation is allowed if:
- The order is still in processing
- The order has not shipped
- The cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours
Cancellation is not possible if:
- The order has already shipped
- The 24-hour cancellation window has passed
- The package is already in transit with the carrier
If the order has been shipped before the cancellation request, customers may still request a return once the product arrives, following our Return & Refund Policy.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order:
Email us immediately at contact@tokler.com
Use the subject line: “Cancellation Request—Order #(Your Order Number).”
Provide the following information:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for cancellation
Processing Time:
- Our support team reviews cancellation requests within 24–48 business hours
- If your order is eligible, you will receive a confirmation email
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refunded amount
No cancellation fees or penalties apply.
4. Cancellation After Shipping
Once the order has been dispatched:
- Cancellation is not possible
- Customers must wait for the package to arrive
- Then request a return within 30 days following our Return & Refund Policy
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
5. Pre-Order & Backorder Cancellations
Pre-orders or backorders may be canceled if:
- The product has not yet entered fulfillment
- The customer requests cancellation within 24 hours
After fulfillment begins:
- Cancellation may not be possible
- Customers can request a return instead
6. Failed Payment or Verification Issues
Tokler may cancel an order automatically if:
- Payment fails or is declined
- Fraud prevention systems flag the order
- Billing or shipping details are incomplete
- The customer does not verify order information when requested
Refunds will be processed promptly.
7. Out-of-Stock or Inventory Errors
If an ordered item becomes unavailable due to inventory issues:
- We will notify the customer immediately
- The order may be automatically canceled
- Customers will receive a full refund within 5 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Customers may choose a replacement or store credit instead
8. Duplicate Order Cancellations
If a customer accidentally places duplicate orders:
- They may cancel the duplicate order(s) within the 24-hour window
- If shipped, the customer must follow the return policy instead
- Refunds will be issued once items are returned
9. Policy Abuse, Fraud & Misuse Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse cancellations if:
- The customer repeatedly abuses the cancellation window
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- Orders are intentionally placed and canceled to manipulate inventory
- Customer misuses discount codes through repeated cancel/reorder attempts
Such behaviors may result in account suspension.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Submit cancellation requests within the 24-hour window
- Provide accurate order details
- Understand cancellation cannot occur once the order ships
- Follow return procedures if cancellation is no longer possible
12. Tokler Responsibilities
We ensure:
- Fast processing of cancellation requests
- Full refunds for eligible cancellations
- Accurate communication regarding order status
- Fair and transparent policy enforcement
