Your satisfaction and your training progress are our priorities. This comprehensive Return & Refund Policy explains the process, rules, and timelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds at Tokler.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The 30-day return window begins on the date the carrier marks the package as delivered.

After 30 days, returns or exchanges are generally only accepted if the equipment is found to have a manufacturing defect or was sent incorrectly.

2. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item (e.g., wrong color)
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

Conditions: The replacement item must be in stock. If it is unavailable, you may choose a full refund or an alternative item of equal value. Exchanges are processed after the original item is received and inspected.

3. No Restocking Fee

Tokler does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns. You will receive 100% of the product value (minus any non-refundable shipping costs).

4. Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the boxing stand must meet these criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging (including the box).
  • All internal parts, inflation valves, and manuals must be included.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number and confirmation email.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Pays Return Shipping When: The customer changes their mind or no longer wants the item.

Tokler Pays Return Shipping When: The item arrives damaged, is defective (leaking air/water from seals), or the incorrect item was received. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Email us at contact@tokler.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. For damaged items, please attach photos or a video.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide the return address and RMA number.

Step 3: Pack the item securely. Ensure the boxing post is fully deflated and the base is emptied of all water/sand.

Step 4: Ship the item back and keep your tracking number.

Step 5: Inspection & Processing. Once received, we inspect the item within 1–3 business days.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow a total of 7–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery. We require photos of the product and the shipping label to process a free replacement or full refund.

9. Lost Parcel Policy

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, please contact us. If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at your request.

10. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If the item has already been dispatched, you must follow the standard return process after delivery.
