Tokler is committed to offering high-quality fitness products and excellent customer satisfaction. To ensure confidence in your purchase, we provide a 12-month limited warranty on all eligible products. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, how to make a warranty claim, and the responsibilities of both parties.

1. Warranty Period

All eligible products purchased from Tokler come with a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date the carrier marks the order as delivered.

During this warranty period, Tokler will repair, replace, or refund items that meet the warranty conditions described in this policy.

2. What the Warranty Covers

Our 12-month warranty covers defects that arise from:

Manufacturing defects

  • Structural defects (faulty frames or base construction)
  • Production errors
  • Faulty materials (defective PVC or sealing)
  • Internal component failure (reflex spring or valve issues)

Functional defects

  • Product not operating as intended
  • Malfunction under normal usage
  • Performance degradation not caused by misuse

Defective craftsmanship

  • Improper assembly from the factory
  • Quality control issues

If the issue qualifies under warranty, we will provide:

  • A free replacement
  • A repair (if applicable)
  • A refund (only if repair or replacement is not possible)

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to issues caused by:

Customer-caused damage

  • Punctures from sharp objects, heavy drops, or impact with non-boxing gear
  • Water damage to non-water components or extreme heat exposure
  • Physical misuse beyond intended boxing training
  • Improper storage (e.g., leaving outdoors in extreme weather)

Normal wear and tear

  • Minor scratches or scuffs from use
  • Fading of colors
  • Cosmetic imperfections over time

Unauthorized modifications

  • Repairs performed by third parties
  • Alterations or custom adjustments
  • Opening or disassembling the product components

Abuse, negligence, or misused products

  • Commercial use (e.g., gym use, if product is intended for personal/home use)
  • Improper installation or handling

Loss or theft

  • Stolen or missing items are not covered

Damage from shipping after delivery

Damage occurring after the carrier confirms delivery is not covered (except for the initial 48-hour damage claim window).

4. Warranty Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for warranty service, the customer must provide:

  • Valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, email confirmation)
  • Photo/video evidence of the defect
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • The product must be within the 12-month warranty period

Warranty claims without proof of purchase may not be accepted.

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

Customers must follow these steps:

Step 1—Contact Tokler Support

Email: contact@tokler.com Subject line: “Warranty Claim—Order #(Your Order Number)”

Include:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Detailed description of the defect
  • Photos or videos showing the problem (e.g., air leaks, spring failure)

Step 2—Claim Review & Verification

Our support team will review the claim within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). We may request additional details or footage.

Step 3—Claim Approval or Denial

Once evaluated, we will notify you whether the claim is approved, denied, or requires further inspection.

Step 4—Return or Inspection (If Required)

In some cases, the defective item must be returned to our facility:

  • Tokler will provide a prepaid return label for approved warranty returns
  • The customer must package the product securely

Step 5—Warranty Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, repair, or a refund if a replacement is not possible. Refunds are issued within 5 business days.

6. Warranty on Replacement Items

Products replaced under warranty:

  • Are covered by the remaining warranty period of the original purchase
  • Do not receive a new 12-month warranty

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Use the product according to user instructions and safety guidelines
  • Report defects as soon as they appear
  • Provide accurate documentation and photos
  • Do not misuse or damage the product intentionally

8. Tokler Responsibilities

  • Evaluate warranty claims fairly and promptly
  • Communicate clearly throughout the process
  • Cover shipping costs for approved warranty claims
  • Maintain transparency regarding warranty eligibility

9. Warranty Exclusions—Special Cases

Products marked as “Final Sale” may not qualify unless defective upon arrival. Free gifts do not come with warranty coverage. Only purchases made directly through tokler.com are eligible.

10. Items Damaged on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours
  • Provide photos of the packaging and item
  • We will send a replacement free of charge

11. Lost or Missing Warranty Returns

If a warranty item is returned using customer-paid shipping and becomes lost, Tokler is not responsible. Always use a trackable shipping method.

12. Fraud Prevention & Misuse Protection

Tokler reserves the right to deny warranty claims that show product misuse, intentional damage, or false information.
